摘　　要：随着海上C油田新油井陆续投产,油田产油量大幅提升,流程处理效果下降,原油一级分离器和电脱油水界面乳化液严重,污水处理效果差,含油值超标,严重影响油田的正常生产。为解决该问题,通过室内评选,优选出反相破乳剂BH-612提升流程污水水质,并且在现场实践应用中取得了良好的效果,充分保障了现场生产稳定运行。With the new oil wells being put into operation one after another in offshore C oilfield,the oil production of the oilfield has been greatly increased,and the process treatment effect has declined,the crude oil primary separator and the interface emulsion of electric deoiled water were serious,the sewage treatment effect was poor,and the oil content exceed the standard,which seriously affect the normal production of the oilfield.In order to solve this problem,through indoor selection,the reverse demulsifier BH-612 was selected to improve the quality of wastewater in the process,and good results were obtained in the field practice and application,which fully guaranteed the stable operation of the on-site production process.
