摘　　要：针对传统含氟酸液体系在应用过程中存在腐蚀性强、产生二次沉淀以及导致岩石骨架疏松等问题,研制了一种低腐蚀、有效抑制二次沉淀、绿色环保且不含氟的粘土伤害解堵剂。结果表明,该解堵剂对绿泥石、蒙脱石、高岭石以及伊利石具有显著的溶蚀效果,其溶蚀率分别为33.0%、32.7%、21.6%和29.5%。该解堵剂主要通过将粘土结构中的Si、Al、Ca、Fe、Mg等金属元素提取出来,从而破坏粘土微观结构。同时,它对岩石骨架的强度影响最小,具有较好的缓速性、缓蚀性以及抑制二次沉淀的特点,可深部解除粘土矿物的污染,并保证施工的安全性。此外,该解堵剂具有出色的防乳化和破乳性能,返排液对海上电脱流程冲击小。驱替物模的渗透率恢复率达到114%,解堵效果显著,为海上油田低产低效井治理提供了一种高效、安全、环保的解堵体系。In response to the traditional fluorine-containing acid system in the application process,there were problems such as high corrosiveness,secondary precipitation,and lead to the loose rock skeleton.In this paper,a low corrosion,effective inhibition of secondary precipitation,green environmental protection and non-fluorinated clay damage plugging removal agent was successfully developed.The experimental results showed that the clay damage plugging removal agent has significant dissolution effects on chlorite,montmorillonite,kaolinite,and illite,with dissolution rates of 33.0%,32.7%,21.6%,and 29.5%,respectively.This plugging removal agent mainly destroyied the microstructure of clay by extracting metal elements such as Si,Al,Ca,Fe,Mg and so on from the clay structure.Meanwhile,it minimized the impact on the strength of rock skeleton,has better retardation,corrosion inhibition and inhibits secondary precipitation,which can deeply removal clay mineral pollution and ensure construction safety.In addition,the plugging removal agent has excellent anti-emulsification and demulsification.And the back-flow fluid has little impact on the offshore electric stripping process.The permeabilty recovery rate of the core flooding reached 114%,indicating the remarkable effect of the plugging removal.Therefore,this innovative technology provided an efficient,safe,and environmentally friendly plugging removal system for the management of low-productivity and inefficient wells.And it was expected to be widely used inoffshore oilfields.
