摘  要:应用高含氢硅油、二甲基硅氧烷(DMC)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)调聚生成低含氢硅油,再与烯丙基聚醚、N-(2-羟乙基)哌嗪反应生成聚醚-氨基共改性硅油,探讨了反应温度、时间以及催化剂等因素对产品转化率的影响。结果表明:调聚低含氢硅油的适宜反应条件为:反应温度为55℃,反应时间为3h,固体酸为催化剂,封端剂用量占投料总量质量比为1%~1.5%。调聚低含氢硅油与烯丙基聚醚和N-(2-羟乙基)哌嗪反应制备聚醚-氨基共改性硅油的适宜反应条件为:原料中(C=C键+-OH)与Si-H键的物质的量为1.1:1,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为5h,催化剂用量为20mg/kg。将所得改性硅油作为涂料流平剂使用时,光泽、滑爽度和鲜映性等性能较优。The low hydrogen content silicone oil was prepared by blending high hydrogen content silicone oil with dimethylsiloxane(DMC)and hexamethyldisiloxane(MM),then reacts with the mixture of allyl polyether and N-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine to produce polyether-amino co-modified silicone oil.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst on product conversion were discussed.The results showed that the optimum conditions for adjusting the polymerization of low hydrogen content silicone oil were as follows:the reaction temperature was 55℃,the reaction time was 3h,the solid acid was the catalyst,and the amount of sealing agent was 1%~1.5%,and then reacts with allyl polyether and N-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine,at the reaction temperature of 90℃,reaction time of 2h,catalyst dosage of 20 mg/kg,molar ratio of(C=C bond+-OH)to Si-H bond of 1.1:1,the expected modified silicone oil was obtained.When used as leveling agent in coatings,the test results of gloss,smoothness and freshness were better.
