摘　　要：总结介绍了近年来长材生产线工艺、技术和设备的革新与进步,重点介绍了高棒单一孔型系统、带肋钢筋控轧控冷技术、棒线材柔性化轧制技术、物料逐支跟踪、在线精整和热处理等先进技术,以及高速飞剪、减定径轧机、轧钢智能化等关键设备的研发和应用情况,助力于我国长材生产向“高效、优质、智慧”方向发展。The development and application of new technologies in the long product production line in recent years were summarized.The advanced technologies,such as single pass design of high-speed bar,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process for ribbed bar,flexible rolling,piece branch by branch tracking,online bar finishing and heat treatment were mainly introduced as well as key equipment such as high-speed flying shear,reducing and sizing mill,and intelligent rolling,which help long product production to develop in the direction of“high efficient,high quality,intelligent”in China.
