摘  要:随着双碳时代的到来,钢铁企业节能减排的形势越来越迫切,连铸直轧等高效短流程工艺也越来越受关注。介绍了长材连铸直轧工艺及其关键技术和工艺难点,调研了普瑞特WinLink和达涅利MIDA两类直轧技术的特点,分析了该技术在国内外棒线材连铸直轧工艺的应用情况;同时,结合宝武集团长材生产的发展,介绍了昆钢红钢高线和重庆钢铁双高棒连铸直轧技术的应用进展,为国内长材连铸直轧工艺的应用提供了借鉴。With the advent of the double-carbon era,energy-saving and emission reduction in the steel industry have become increasingly urgent,and high-efficient and short process technologies,such as continuous casting and direct rolling,have attracted more attention.The process of continuous casting and direct rolling for long products were introduced as well as its key technologies and process difficulties.The characteristics of two types of direct rolling technologies,Primetals WinLink and Danieli MIDA,were analyzed,and the application of this technology in the continuous casting and direct rolling process of bar and wire rod both domestically and internationally was investigated.At the same time,in conjunction with the development of long product production in Baowu Group,the application progress of continuous casting and direct rolling technologies in Kunming Iron and Steel's Honggang High Wire Mill and Chongqing Iron and Steel's Dual-line High-speed Bar Mill were presented,providing reference for the application of continuous casting and direct rolling technology for long products in China.
