摘　　要：针对棒材免加热直轧工艺,提出一种棒材多工序智能优化免加热全定尺直接轧制新技术。介绍了其工艺流程,开发了铸坯温度控制系统,能够对钢水温度、连铸速度、水冷强度等多参数进行优化,使钢水在切割点完全凝固;开发了全定尺轧制技术,通过轧件长度预测系统对铸坯的长度、粗轧末架轧件长度、中轧末架轧件长度、粗轧切头(尾)长度、中轧切头(尾)长度进行动态预测和修正,实现了全定尺轧制。该技术已在鞍山源鑫钢铁有限公司得到工业应用,应用于ϕ10~ϕ28 mm热轧带肋钢筋、耐蚀钢筋和热轧光圆钢筋的生产,累计产量达100万t,直轧率达99%,为免加热无头直轧技术探索出一条新途径。Aiming at the free-heating direct rolling process of bar,a new technology of multi-process intelligent optimization for full-fixed length and direct rolling of bar was proposed.The process flow was introduced,and the casting billet temperature control system was developed,which can optimize multiple parameters such as molten steel temperature,continuous casting speed and water cooling strength,so that the molten steel is completely solidified at the cutting point.Meanwhile,the full-length rolling technology was developed,and the length of the casting billet,the length of piece at the end stands of roughing and medium rolling mills,the length of shearing head and tail of piece at the roughing and medium rolling mills were dynamically predicted and corrected through the rolling length prediction system,and the full-fixed length rolling was realized.This technology has been industrially applied in Anshan Yuanxin Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,which used to productϕ10-ϕ28 mm ribbed bars,corrosion-resistant bars and round bars.The cumulative output was reached 1 million tons,and direct rolling rate of 99%could be achieved,which explored a new way for free-heating direct rolling of bar.
