摘 要:针对弹道导弹轨迹重建算法中非高斯性误差导致的轨迹不平滑现象,提出了一种基于改进容积粒子滤波的单星目标跟踪算法。该算法使用一种改进权重判定的粒子滤波算法进行时序跟踪,采用基于“当前”统计模型的容积卡尔曼滤波构造自适应滤波优化重要性分布概率,并且融入当前观测信息,减弱粒子退化现象。为了优化粒子的后验概率分布,通过构建观测视线-速度矢量双重约束,滤除非高斯性误差。三种实验方案的结果表明,所提算法效果优于仅有多重权重判断的粒子滤波和扩展卡尔曼滤波跟踪算法,对比另两种算法误差降低最低达43.14%,最多达85.25%;并且弹道导弹目标在中低纬地区发射时,所提算法能够很好地实现单星观测定位弹道导弹目标。Aiming at the track irregularity caused by non-Gaussian error in trajectory reconstruction algorithm of ballistic missile, a single satellite target tracking algorithm based on improved Cubature Particle Filter is proposed. A particle filter algorithm with improved weight determination is used to carry out time sequence tracking, and a Cubature Kalman Filter based on the "current" statistical model is used to construct an adaptive filter to optimize the importance distribution probability, and the current observation information is integrated to reduce the particle degradation phenomenon. In order to optimize the posterior probability distribution of particles, the non-Gaussian error is filtered by constructing the double constraint of line-ofsight observation and velocity vector. The experimental results of three different experimental schemes show that the proposed algorithm is better than the Particle Filter and the Extended Kalman Filter tracking algorithm with only multiple weight determination. Compared with the other two algorithms, the minimum error reduction is 43.14%, and the maximum error reduction is 85.25%. Moreover, when the ballistic missile target is launched in the middle and low latitudes, the proposed algorithm can well fulfill the single satellite observation and positioning of the ballistic missile target.
