摘  要:针对平板电视能效测试实验,利用Mathcad软件完成测量不确定度的蒙特卡洛法(Monte Carlo Method,MCM)评定,给出测量不确定度的评定过程和结果,生成模拟统计结果的直方图,将评定结果与测量不确定度评定(Guide to the expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,GUM)法的评定结果进行比较。两种评定方法结果一致,实现了方法验证,达到了预期效果。蒙特卡洛法可以将不确定度评定人员的精力由数学计算转向对数学模型的分析,从而提高不确定度评定的水平。For the energy efficiency testing experiment of flat panel televisions,the Monte Carlo Method(MCM)evaluation of measurement uncertainty was completed using Mathcad software.The evaluation process and results of measurement uncertainty were provided,and a histogram of simulated statistical results was generated.The evaluation results were compared with those of Guide to the expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(GUM)method.The two evaluation methods showed consistent results,achieving method validation and achieving the expected effect.The Monte Carlo method can shift the energy of uncertainty evaluators from mathematical calculations to the analysis of mathematical models,thereby improving the level of uncertainty evaluation.
