摘 要:应用SSR标记对姜荷花桑巴×黄色梦幻及桑巴×清迈粉子代进行真杂种鉴定,开展遗传多样性研究.结果表明,29份桑巴×黄色梦幻F1个体中共鉴定出真杂种29份,5对引物鉴定的真杂种率最高为89.66%,最低为79.31%.通过亲缘关系分析可将其29份种质资源分为两个亚群.27份桑巴×清迈粉F1个体中共鉴定出真杂种27份,7对引物的真杂种率最高为88.89%,最低为70.37%.通过亲缘关系分析可将其27份种质资源分为三个亚群.姜荷花桑巴×黄色梦幻筛选出的5对引物及桑巴×清迈粉筛选出的7对引物均为高多态性引物(PIC>0.5).研究表明56份姜荷花桑巴杂种均为真杂种,且桑巴×清迈粉的F1代具有较高的遗传多样性,研究鉴定了姜荷花桑巴杂种真假后代,为研究其后代的新品种选育提供参考.In this study,SSR markers were applied to identify true hybrids of'Siam TM Samba'×'Siam TM Sitrone'and'Siam TM Samba'×'Chiang Mai Pink'hybrids and genetic diversity analysis.The results showed that 29'Siam TM Samba'×'Siam TM Sitrone'F1 hybrid individuals were all true hybrids.The highest and lowest identification rates of five primer pairs was 89.66%and 79.31%,respectively.The 29 hybrids could be divided into two subgroups.27'Siam TM Samba'×'Chiang Mai Pink'F1 hybrid individuals were all true hybrids.The highest and lowest identification rates of seven primer pairs was 88.89%and 70.37%,respectively.The 27 hybrids could be classified into three subgroups.The five primer pairs screened for'Siam TM Samba'×'Siam TM Sitrone'and the seven primer pairs screened for'Siam TM Samba'×'Chiang Mai Pink'were all high polymorphic primers(PIC>0.5).The results showed that all 56'Siam TM Samba'hybrids were true hybrids and the F1 generation of'Siam TM Samba'×'Chiang Mai Pink'had high genetic diversity.This study is meanningful for identifying the true and false hybrid progeny of'Siam TM Samba'and the breeding program of C.alismatifolia.
