思想政治工作艺术的内涵探析

摘　　要：思想政治工作艺术是对思想政治工作方法、工作技巧在本质上的升华与超越,其内涵包含四个方面,即创造性提升、巧妙性实施、审美性组织、感染性生成。思想政治工作艺术与思想政治工作方法、工作技巧有本质区别,思想政治工作艺术的巧妙运用,能够融入思想政治工作者的情感和灵感,从而给思想政治工作的施受双方带来愉悦的心灵感受和美感体验。The art of ideological and political work is essentially a sublimation and transcendence of its methods and techniques.Its connotation includes four aspects,namely,creative enhancement,skillful implementation,aesthetic organization,and infectious generation.The art of ideological and political work is essentially different fromits methods and techniques in that art’s skillful application may integrate the emotions and inspirations of ideological and political workers,and thereby bring pleasant feelings and aesthetic experiences to both executors and recipients.
