摘　　要：冀鲁边区是中国共产党领导创建的一个抗日根据地,位于河北省东南部和山东省东北部接壤的滨海区域。在我党的领导下,根据地党员干部与人民群众因地制宜,既对传统战术灵活运用,又创造了具有地域特色的游击战术。通过建立“白皮红心”维持会;利用“青纱帐”、荆条林作掩护;挖交通沟铸战时屏障;里应外合,困拔据点等手段,有效地打击了敌人,保护了群众,巩固了抗日根据地。Hebei-Shandongborder is an anti-Japanese aggressionbase area established with the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).It is located in the coastal area bordering the southeast of Hebei Province and the northeast of Shandong Province.Under the leadership of CPC,Party members,cadres and the people in the base area,adapted to local conditions,not only flexibly applied traditional tactics,but also created guerrilla tactics with regional characteristics,such as establishing well-disguised maintenance committees,using“green vitexbush as a shielding screen”;digging traffic ditches and casting wartime barriers;collaboratinginside with outside and trapping or capturing enemy’s stronghold.All these tactics effectively attacked the enemy,protected the masses,and consolidated the anti-Japanese aggression base areas.
