摘 要:为探索多叶重楼、亮叶重楼、球药隔重楼和华重楼4种重楼属植物之间的光合特性差异,采用LI-6400XT便携式光合仪测定了4种重楼属植物的光合特性。结果表明:球药隔重楼的净光合速率呈“单峰”曲线,多叶重楼、亮叶重楼和华重楼均为“双峰”曲线;4种重楼属植物胞间CO_(2)浓度和叶片水气压亏缺(Vpd)日变化规律相似,均与净光合速率呈相反趋势;多叶重楼气孔导度和蒸腾速率随时间变化为明显的“双峰”曲线,亮叶重楼、球药隔重楼以及华重楼气孔导度和蒸腾速率则随时间变化呈先升后降趋势;多叶重楼和球药隔重楼净光合速率、光能利用率显著大于亮叶重楼和华重楼;球药隔重楼无光合午休现象,光饱和点高于外界实时光照强度,利用强光能力强;4种重楼属植物中,球药隔重楼的光合综合特性优于其他种,适宜推广种植。The photosynthetic characteristics were measured by a LI-6400XT portable photosynthetic instrument and compared among four species of Paris(P.polyphylla,P.nitida,P.fargesii,and P.polyphylla var.chinensis).The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of the P.fargesii fitted a unimodal curve,while those of the other three species fitted bimodal curves.The diurnal variations in intercellular CO_(2) concentration and vapor pressure deficit(Vpd)were similar among the four species and all showed opposite trends to the net photosynthetic rate.The stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of P.polyphylla presented bimodal curves over time,while those of the other three species showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The net photosynthetic rate and light energy utilization rate of P.polyphylla and P.fargesii were significantly higher than those of P.nitida and P.polyphylla var.chinensis.P.fargesii showed no midday depression of photosynthesis,with the light saturation point higher than the external real-time light intensity and high use efficiency of strong light.Among the four species,P.fargesii had better photosynthetic characteristics than other species,being suitable for popularization.
