摘　　要：通过调研综述宁夏农产品加工业发展现状,分析农产品加工业目前存在的问题,从转变思路、引导农产品精深加工企业明确市场定位、合理开展农产品副产物综合利用、研发先进的农产品保鲜物流技术、加强政府对农产品加工科技力量培育等方面提出推进宁夏农产品加工业提质增效的对策建议,以期为宁夏农产品加工业的高质量发展提供参考。Based on the current development status of the agricultural product processing industry in Ningxia,this article analyzes the existing problems in the agricultural product processing industry.It proposes measures and suggestions to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of the agricultural product processing industry in Ningxia from changing ideas,guiding agricultural product deep processing enterprises to clarify market positioning,carrying out reasonable comprehensive utilization of agricultural product byproducts,developing advanced agricultural product preservation and logistics technology,and strengthening the government's cultivation of agricultural product processing technology forces.This article aims to provide references for the high-quality development of the agricultural product processing industry in Ningxia.
