摘 要:按常规危险货物集装箱布置形式,堆存期间LNG罐箱泄漏点火燃烧产生的强烈热辐射易导致相邻LNG罐箱结构破坏乃至发生连锁事故。文中采用国际通用事故后果分析软件PHAST对堆存期LNG罐箱典型泄漏场景进行火灾事故后果模拟,详细分析按常规危险货物集装箱布置存在的风险,创新提出LNG罐箱罐组概念,并由此构建专用LNG罐箱堆场堆存区平面设计方案。该方案能将堆存期LNG罐箱典型泄漏场景火灾热辐射影响控制在罐组范围内,避免相邻罐组连锁干扰,最终提高堆存区整体安全水平。研究成果已应用于具体工程,具有较高的参考价值。In accordance with the conventional layout of dangerous goods containers,the strong thermal radiation generated by the LNG tank container leakage during storage periods would easily cause the structural damage among adjacent LNG tank containers and even chain accidents.In this study,the international general accident consequence analysis software PHAST was applied to simulate the consequences of fire accidents in the typical leakage scenarios of LNG tank containers during the storage periods.The risks associated with the layout of conventional dangerous goods containers were analyzed in detail,and the concept of LNG tank groups was innovatively proposed.Based on this,a layout design scheme for storage area of a dedicated LNG tank container yards was constructed.This scheme can control the influence of fire thermal radiation in the typical leakage scenario of LNG tank containers during the storage periods within the scope of tank groups,avoid the chain interference among adjacent tank groups,and ultimately improve the overall safety levels in storage areas.This study has already been applied to engineering practice,and has high reference value.
