巴瑞替尼治疗新冠疫苗接种后弥漫性斑秃一例

摘　　要：本文报道一例巴瑞替尼成功治疗新冠疫苗接种后发生弥漫性斑秃的患者,给予巴瑞替尼每日4 mg,治疗6个月后停药,新生白色短发,停药1个月后,白发转为黑发。停药后随访10个月,至今仍未复发。We report a patient with diffuse alopecia areata after COVID-19 vaccination who successfully treated with baratinib 4 mg daily.After 6 months of treatment,the drug was stopped,and the white hair turned to black hair 1 month after the drug was stopped.The patient was followed up for 10 months after drug withdrawal,and there was no recurrence.
