摘  要:储能系统在参与风电机组调频应用中,发挥旋转备用的作用,通过其快速响应、双向调节、不受机组运行状态约束的技术优势,缓和风力发电和负载之间的不平衡。通过分析风电机组调频及储能系统参与风电机组调频特性,开展储能系统参与风电机组正阻尼功率调节和阻止系统频率突变能力的测试。结果表明,储能系统参与风电机组调频可以有效平抑功率波动,具有良好的调频特性。The energy storage system plays the role of rotating standby in the application of participating in wind turbine frequency modulation.Through its rapid response,bidirectional regulation,not subject to the constraints of the unit operating state of the technical advantages,it eases the imbalance between wind power generation and load.Through analyzing the frequency modulation of wind turbines and the participation of energy storage system in the frequency modulation characteristics of wind turbines,the energy storage system is involved in the positive damping power regulation of wind turbines and a test of the ability to prevent abrupt changes in system frequency.The results show that the participation of energy storage system in the frequency modulation of wind turbines can effectively suppress power fluctuations and has good frequency modulation characteristics.
