摘  要:新能源的大规模接入导致电力系统电力电子化特征明显,针对新能源并网带来的宽频振荡问题,基于谐波源扰动法开发新能源机组宽频振荡动态分析装置,搭建了基于RT-LAB的硬件在环仿真平台,开展控制器“黑盒”宽频振荡硬件在环测试,解决了传统建模分析手段无法精确模拟直驱风机并网现场控制性能问题。以内蒙古某低短路比地区新能源场站直驱风机并网为例,利用搭建的平台对其阻抗外特性进行了分析,结果表明该直驱风机接入弱电网具有较强的友好性,引发宽频振荡的风险较小。The large-scale access of new energy leads to the obvious characteristics of power system electronization.According to the broadband oscillation problem caused by the grid connection of new energy,a dynamic analysis device for broadband oscillation of new energy units is developed based on the harmonic source disturbance method,and a hardware in the loop simulation platform based on RT-LAB is built to carry out the “black box” broadband oscillation hardware in the loop test of the controller.It solves the problem that traditional modeling and analysis methods cannot accurately simulate the on-site control performance of the direct drive fan connected to the grid.Taking the permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG) connected to the grid in a new energy station in a low short circuit ratio area in Inner Mongolia as an example,the external impedance characteristics of the PMSG are analyzed using the platform built.The results show that the PMSG has a strong friendliness when connected to the weak grid,and can hardly cause broadband oscillation.
