摘　　要：国能绥中发电有限责任公司2号汽轮机在通流改造后进行首次本体大修,针对N880-23.54/540/540型汽轮机首次揭缸大修中通流部分存在的典型缺陷进行介绍和分析,如高压喷嘴室定位键焊缝裂纹、中压转子正反向动、静叶冲蚀、前箱调速小轴测速齿轮磨损等,并给出了现场实际采取的处理方案,提高了机组安全性和经济性,为同类型机组相同或类似缺陷处理提供参考。No.2 steam turbine in Guoneng Suizhong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.underwents its first body overhaul after the flow modification.In view of the typical defects existing introduction and analysis in the flow section of N880-23.54/540/540 steam turbine during its first uncovering overhaul,for example,the high pressure nozzle chamber positioning key weld crack,the positive and negative rotor stator blade erosion,the front box speed regulating shaft speed measuring gear wear,etc.It gives the actual treatment scheme adopted on site,and improves the safety and economy of the same unit.It provides a reference for the same or similar defect treatment of these types of units.
