摘 要:光催化生产过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))在将太阳能转化为化学能方面具有广阔的应用前景。然而传统的粉末催化剂面临回收困难,二次污染等问题。文章在聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜上负载ZnO光催化剂制备了用于光催化H_(2)O_(2)生成的PVC/ZnO复合薄膜,并对其光催化性能、催化机理以及稳定性进行研究。结果表明:PVC/ZnO-0.4复合薄膜表现出最佳的光催化性能,60 min内H_(2)O_(2)累计浓度达到165.15μmol/L。催化机理研究表明,二电子氧还原生成H_(2)O_(2)。循环稳定性研究表明,PVC/ZnO复合薄膜具有优异的循环性能以及稳定性。制备的PVC/ZnO复合光催化薄膜可以有效避免催化剂损失,从而提高光催化材料整体的催化性能。Photocatalytic production of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)) has broad application prospects in converting solar energy into chemical energy.However,the traditional powder catalyst is faced with problems such as difficult recovery and secondary pollution.PVC/ZnO composite film for photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2) generation was prepared by loading ZnO photocatalyst on PVC film,and its photocatalytic performance,catalytic mechanism and stability were studied.The results show that the PVC/ZnO-0.4 composite film exhibites the best photocatalytic performance,and the cumulative concentration of H_(2)O_(2) reaches 165.15 μmol/L within 60 min.The catalytic mechanism study shows that the two-electron oxygen reduction produces H_(2)O_(2).The study of cycle stability shows that the PVC/ZnO composite film has excellent cycle performance and stability.The prepared PVC/ZnO composite photocatalytic film can effectively avoid catalyst loss,thereby improving the overall catalytic performance of the photocatalytic material.
