摘　　要：随着中国式现代化新征程的到来,作为以存量促增量的实践行为“,管理”与中国式现代化的基本要求相契合。中国的基本国情和文化传统为管理理论与实践增加了民族性特征,因此管理学作为哲学社会科学的重要组成部分,需要在指导思想、学术体系、学科体系与话语体系上展现出中国特色、中国风格与中国气派。中华优秀传统文化是中国特色管理理论体系与教育体系的源头活水,管理学教育需要扎根中华优秀传统文化,在研究方向、师资队伍、系列成果与培养体系上展现出原创性与科学性。江西财经大学经酝酿初试、发展壮大、品牌成熟与持续发力的十八年探索,已在中国管理思想领域形成一支跨多学科的研究队伍、一组持续深入的研究方向、一系列有影响的研究成果与一套稳定的人才培养体系,为讲好中国管理故事、培养交叉学科人才砥砺前行。未来的管理学新文科建设,应团结各方力量,面向经济活动主战场与人才培养主舞台,建立不忘本来、吸收外来、面向未来的管理学知识体系,助力中华民族的伟大复兴。With the outset of the new journey of Chinese path to modernization,management,as a practical action of increasing and improving available resources,conforms to the basic requirements of Chinese path to modernization.The distinct national conditions and cultural traditions of China have imparted ethnic characteristics to Chinese management theory and practice,so as an important component of philosophy and social sciences,management discipline needs to demonstrate Chinese attributes,style,and spirit through its guiding ideology,academic system,disciplinary system and discourse system.Chinese excellent traditional culture is the source of management theory system and education system with Chinese characteristics,management education needs to be rooted in Chinese excellent traditional culture,and show originality and scientificity in research direction,faculty,series of achievements and training system.Through 18 years of experiment,development,growing maturity and persistent efforts,Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics has formed an interdisciplinary research team,achieving a series of influential research results,and established a stable talent training system in science of Chinese management.It is striving to make its due contribution in telling the story of Chinese management and cultivating interdisciplinary talents.The construction of new management should leverage all possible resources to fulfil its prime task of cultivating talent,and establish a management knowledge system that faces the future by integrating foreign knowledge into the thoughts of traditional Chinese management.
