角钢-区域约束混凝土梁抗弯性能研究

摘  要:区域约束混凝土是新提出的概念,通过对混凝土局部区域加强约束有利于提高混凝土的抗压强度和变形能力,从而提高混凝土构件承载力。本文提出角钢区域约束混凝土梁结构,为研究角钢区域约束混凝土梁抗弯承载力,设计4个普通钢筋混凝土梁和4个角钢区域约束混凝土梁构件,并运用ABAQUS软件进行数值模拟分析,并将普通钢筋混凝土梁数值模拟结果与实验进行对比。研究表明:RCC(regional confined concrete)和NCC(normal confined concrete)在钢材用量相同情况下,NCC、RCC底部纵筋分别配制2C14、2C16、2C20、2C22时,RCC承载力较NCC承载力分别提高了19.9%、18.1%、9.5%和5.8%,随底部纵筋配筋的增加,承载力提高幅度降低;构件从加载到破坏过程中RCC的箍筋拉应力小于NCC的箍筋应力,但RCC受压区混凝土抗压强度大于NCC受压区混凝土抗压强度,表明RCC配筋形式对混凝土约束效果优于NCC。Regionally confined concrete is a newly proposed concept,which is beneficial to improve the compressive strength and deformation capacity of concrete by strengthening the restraint in the local area of concrete,thus improving the load carrying capacity of concrete members.In this paper,the authors proposed the angle steel regional confined concrete beam structure.In order to study the flexural load carrying capacity of the angle steel regional confined concrete beam,four regional confined concrete beams and four angle steel regional confined concrete beam members were designed in this paper,and numerical simulations were carried out using ABAQUS software,and the numerical simulation results of regional confined concrete beams were compared with experiments.The study showed that:RCC(regional confined concrete)and NCC(normal confined concrete)in the case of the same amount of steel,NCC,RCC bottom longitudinal reinforcement were formulated 2C14,2C16,2C20,2C22,RCC bearing capacity compared to NCC bearing capacity increased by 19.9%,18.1%,9.5%and 5.8%,respectively,with the increase of the low longitudinal reinforcement,the bearing capacity increased increased increased decreased;The member from loading to damage the hoop tensile stress of RCC is less than that of NCC,but the compressive strength of concrete in the compressive zone of RCC is greater than that of concrete in the compressive zone of NCC,which indicates that the restraining effect of RCC reinforcement is better than that of NCC.
