摘  要:振动测试是评价装甲车辆整车性能的重要手段,典型综合工况振动测试周期长、数据量大。常规测试设备存储空间有限,直接影响测试数据完整性和测试设备长期运行可靠性。针对该问题,提出一种以内嵌式多媒体存储卡(eMMC)为存储介质的振动数据循环存储技术,结合存储芯片与FatFs(file allocation table file system)文件系统特性,将测试数据保存为具有高效有序存储与被检索功能的文件;并通过自研循环存储算法,实现对振动测试数据文件存储空间的动态管理。经稳定性测试及现场试验证明,所研究的循环存储技术写入速度可达7.52 Mb/s,可保证存储数据的完整性和测试设备长时间稳定运行。Vibration testing is an important means of evaluating the performance of armored vehicles,with typical comprehensive working conditions requiring long vibration testing cycles and a large amount of data.The limited storage space of conventional testing equipment directly affects the integrity of testing data and the long-term reliability of testing equipment.To solve this problem,a vibration data cyclic storage technology with embedded multimedia memory card(eMMC)as the storage medium is proposed.Combining the characteristics of content-addressable memory chip and FatFs file system,the test data is saved as files with efficient and orderly storage and retrieval functions.And through self-developed cyclic storage algorithm,dynamic management of the storage space of vibration test data files is achieved.After stability testing and on-site experiments,it has been proven that the cyclic storage technology studied can achieve a write speed of 7.52 Mb/s,ensuring the integrity of stored data and the long-term stable operation of the testing equipment.
