摘  要:卷烟燃烧线的检测与分析对提高卷烟质量具有重要意义。提出了一种基于图像拼接的燃烧线参数检测方法,首先通过LONG导播软件从4个视角采集卷烟燃烧的视频,利用图像拼接技术生成完整的燃烧线;然后采用二维Gamma校正、带色彩恢复的多尺度视网膜增强算法(multi-scale retinex with color restore,MSRCR)和空间限制对比度均衡化算法提高图像的质量;通过K-means聚类和细化操作提取燃烧线及其中心线,最后分析燃烧线的参数。实验结果表明,所提取的燃烧线清晰完整,宽度与整齐度呈显著正相关,整齐度与长度呈显著正相关,宽度与卷烟的燃烧速率呈显著负相关;长度和整齐度的变异系数均小于10%,宽度的变异系数处于8.6%~17.78%,燃烧速率的变异系数处于9.81%~11.18%。所提出的方法能够快速准确地提取卷烟燃烧线参数,为燃烧线的检测与分析提供了支持。Detecting and analyzing the cigarette burn line is crucial for improving cigarette quality.This paper proposes a combustion line parameter detection method based on image stitching,to begin with,four videos of cigarette burning are recorded from different angles using LONG broadcasting software,image stitching technology is used to create a complete burning line,then Two-dimensional Gamma correction,multi-scale retinex with color restore(MSRCR),and space-limited contrast equalization algorithms are used to improve the image quality,the K-means clustering and refinement operations are utilized to extract cigarette parameters and finally the burning lines are analyzed.The experimental results showed that the extracted combustion lines are clear and complete,the width showed a significant positive correlation with the uniformity and length but a significant negative correlation with the burning rate of the cigarette,the coefficient of variation of length and uniformity was less than 1o%,while the coefficient of variation of width and burning rate was within the range of 8.6%to 17.78%and 9.81%to 11.18%,respectively.The proposed method can rapidly and precisely extract the parameters of the cigarette burning line,providing support for detecting and analyzing the cigarette burn line.
