摘 要:为深入理解用户采纳在线信息的内在机理,提高信息传播效果与利用效率,采用元综合方法,通过严格的文献检索与筛选流程选定42项在线信息采纳影响因素原始研究,对涉及变量进行综合集成,以构建在线用户信息采纳的影响因素模型并解释其行为发生机制,研究发现在线用户信息采纳的影响因素可划分为信息、环境、群体、感知和个体五个维度,结合S-O-R理论,在线用户信息采纳的发生机制为:作为外部刺激的信息、环境和群体因素作用于个体,使其产生认知与情感上的感知变化,进而转化为行为层面的信息采纳。In order to deeply understand the internal mechanism of users'adoption of online information and improve the effect of information dissemination and utilization efficiency,the meta synthesis method was used to select 42 original studies on the influencing factors of online information adoption through strict document retrieval and screening process,and the variables involved were comprehensively integrated to build the influencing factor model of online users'information adoption and explain the mechanism of their behavior.The research found that the influencing factors of online users'information adoption can be divided into five dimensions:information,environment,group,perception and individual.The information adoption process can be explained by combining the S-O-R theory:information,environment and group factors as external stimuli act on individuals,together with factors related to individual characteristics such as motivation ability,and psychology,making them produce cognitive and emotional perceptual changes,and then transforming into behavioral information adoption.
