乌灵胶囊联合低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗心肾不交型慢性失眠的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究乌灵胶囊联合低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗心肾不交型慢性失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年8月至2022年8月甘肃省武威肿瘤医院康复医学科心肾不交型慢性失眠100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予乌灵胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予低频rTMS治疗,观察2组血清神经递质水平、睡眠质量、疲劳程度。结果:2组患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)及多巴胺(DA)水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组水平高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、失眠严重指数量表(ISI)评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者疲劳量表(FS-14)各维度评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合低频rTMS治疗可以有效改善心肾不交型慢性失眠患者的血清神经递质水平,提升睡眠质量,降低疲劳程度。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Wuling Capsule combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of chronic insomnia patients with heart kidney disjunction.Methods:From August 2021 to August 2022,100 patients with chronic insomnia of heart kidney disjunction type in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Wuling capsules,while the observation group was treated with low-frequency rTMS on the basis of the control group.Serum related indicators,sleep quality,and fatigue level were observed in both groups.Results:The serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)in both groups of patients increased compared to before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)and Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)in both groups of patients decreased compared to before intervention,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the fatigue scale(FS-14)scores of both groups of patients decreased in all dimensions compared to before treatment,and the observation group scored lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Wuling capsule and low-frequency rTMS treatment can effectively improve the serum neurotransmitter levels,improve sleep quality,and reduce fatigue in patients with chronic insomnia of heart kidney disjunction type.
