摘　　要：探析赵瑞华教授临证治疗围绝经期失眠症的经验。赵师认为肾虚致阴阳失调为围绝经期失眠症发病之本,肝虚、肝郁为其主要因素,常兼营卫失和,临证治疗力主整体观念,天人合一,谨守病机,辨证施治,以燮理阴阳为主,注重调神摄眠及健康宣教。Exploring Professor Zhao Ruihua′s experience in clinical treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Professor Zhao believes that kidney deficiency leading to yin and yang imbalance is the root cause of the disease,while liver deficiency and liver depression are the main factors.She often concurrently engages in the disharmony of health and hygiene.Her clinical treatment emphasizes a holistic concept,unity of heaven and man,adherence to the pathogenesis,dialectical treatment,and mainly focuses on Coordinating yin and yang,focusing on regulating the mind,regulating sleep,and health education.
