摘　　要：目的:探究微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗肾结石围手术期实施全程优质护理的效果。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的接受微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗的肾结石患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程优质护理,分析对比2组护理效果。结果:2组患者护理后肾功能、疼痛程度、睡眠质量改善,且观察组改善效果更突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量比对照组更少,手术、住院时间比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.13%比对照组20.51%更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗肾结石围手术期运用全程优质护理效果突出,有助于改善患者肾功能与睡眠质量,减轻患者疼痛感,加快患者病情康复速度,减少并发症发生,推广价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of implementing high-quality nursing throughout the perioperative period for minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for the treatment of kidney stones.Methods:A total of 78 patients with renal stones who underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using the number table method.The control group(n=39)received routine care,while the observation group(n=39)received high-quality care throughout the entire process.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:Renal function,pain level,and sleep quality improved after nursing in both groups,and the improvement effect in the observation group was more prominent(P<0.05).The observation group had less intraoperative bleeding compared to the control group,and the duration of surgery and hospitalization was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%lower than that in the control group of 20.51%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative period in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for the treatment of kidney stones is highly effective,helping to improve patient kidney function and sleep quality,reduce pain,accelerate patient recovery,reduce complications,and have high promotion value.
