摘　　要：军事信息系统互操作性是战场上夺取制信息权和提高作战效能的关键。文章通过研究借鉴美军互操作性评估理论与方法,结合我军信息系统现状,设计了一种互操作验证平台架构。基于统一体系架构的互操作验证平台,将各类验证工具集成互联,提供功能、性能、接口、标准等验证能力,实现验证工具的统一调度、验证脚本的自动执行、验证过程的实时监控、验证结果的直观展现。此外,基于统一的验证工具集成规范,本研究结合项目实践,持续积累和集成各类验证工具,为提升我军信息系统互操作水平提供有意义的参考。Interoperability of military information systems is the key to capture the information superiority and operational effectiveness in joint operation.This paper draws on the interoperability evaluation theories and methods of U.S.army and combines the current situation of our military information system to design an interoperability certification platform architecture.The interoperability certification platform based on unified architecture integrates various certification capabilities,enabling unified certification tool scheduling,automatic execution of certification scripts,real-time monitoring of certification processes,and visual presentation of certification results.In addition to this,based on the unified certification tool integration specification,we can continue to accumulate and integrate various certification tools combined with project practice.This paper will provide a reference for our army to improve the interoperability level.
