摘　　要：文章介绍了应急广播的概念及其在突发事件中的作用,分析了有线电视平台在应急广播中的优势和劣势。在此基础上,文章提出了基于有线电视平台并扩展至融媒体平台、IPTV平台等多种平台的应急广播技术的设计方案,并详细阐述了其实现方法。This paper introduces the concept of emergency broadcasting and its role in emergency events.The advantages and disadvantages of cable TV platform in emergency broadcasting are analyzed.On this basis,the design scheme of emergency broadcasting technology based on cable TV platform and extended to integrated media platform and IPTV platform is proposed,and the implementation method is elaborated in detail.
