摘 要:与传统Buck-LLC级联变换器拓扑相比,飞跨电容型三电平Buck-LLC级联变换器开关器件的电压应力仅为输入电压的一半、滤波电感体积小,更适用于宽输入高压大功率DC/DC电源中。所提出的宽输入变换器,前级使用飞跨电容型TL Buck电路,使输入电压范围变宽;后级LLC谐振电路在提高变换器效率的同时,起到高频电气隔离的作用。与传统的双环定频控制相比,该变换器前级通过解耦控制PWM调节电压,后级采用模糊PI控制PFM。仿真结果证明,使变换器具有输入电压宽、适应负载变化能力强的特点。Compared with the traditional Buck-LLC cascaded converter topology,the voltage stress of the switching device of the flying capacitor three-level Buck-LLC cascaded converter is only half of the input voltage,and the filtering inductance volume is small,making it more suitable for wide input high-voltage high-power DC/DC power supplies.The wide input converter proposed in this article uses a flying capacitor TL Buck circuit in the front stage to broaden the input voltage range.The post stage LLC resonant circuit not only improves the efficiency of the converter,but also plays a role in high-frequency electrical isolation.Compared with traditional dual loop fixed frequency control,the front stage of this converter adjusts the voltage through decoupling control PWM,and the rear stage adopts fuzzy PI control PFM.The simulation results prove that the converter has the characteristics of wide input voltage and strong adaptability to load changes.
