缺货情境下闭环供应链库存控制优化分析

摘  要:伴随着国家经济水平的进步,国民生产水平与消费力也大幅提升。现如今的制造业也面临着由于高淘汰率、低回收率、低再制造率等带来的资源浪费以及环境污染问题。针对此问题,此次研究对缺货情境下闭环供应链库存控制进行分析。实验结果表明,在缺货情境下,闭环供应链中的回收、再制造、退换货等对库存管理有很大的影响。当再制造率从0.5提升到0.9时,产品的单位时间成本从9102元降低至了699元;当回收率从0.1增大至0.9时,单位时间成本从2.89万元降低至了1.44万元;退货率从0增加到0.2时,单位时间成本从730元增加到了1354元。综上,在缺货情境下,回收率以及再制造率与单位时间成本成负相关,退货率与单位时间成本成正相关。各个企业应该严格控制产品质量,并且在各个节点企业中的信息应该相互流通,从而促使闭环供应链的更好的运行,达到一个降低库存成本的效果。With the progress of the national economic level,the national production level and consumption power have also increased significantly.Today's manufacturing industry is also faced with resource waste and environmental pollution due to high elimination rate,low recycling rate,and low manufacturing rate.In response to this problem,this study analyzes the inventory control of closed-loop supply chain under the situation of out-of-stock.The experimental results show that in the situation of out-of-stock,recycling,remanufacturing,return and exchange in the closed-loop supply chain have a great impact on inventory management.When the remanufacturing rate increased from 0.5 to 0.9,the unit time cost of the product decreased from 9,102 to 699 yuan;when the recovery rate increased from 0.1 to 0.9,the unit time cost decreased from 28,900 yuan to 14,400 yuan.When the rate increases from 0 to 0.2,the unit time cost increases from 730 yuan to 1354 yuan.To sum up,in the out-of-stock situation,the recovery rate and the remanufacturing rate are negatively correlated with the unit time cost,and the return rate is positively correlated with the unit time cost.Each enterprise should strictly control the product quality,and the information in each node enterprise should circulate with each other,so as to promote the better operation of the closed-loop supply chain and achieve the effect of reducing inventory costs.
