摘　　要：研究三维周期区域上带低阶初始条件的漂移扩散模型的初始层问题,应用渐进匹配展开方法,加权的能量估计,Growall不等式,Sobolev嵌入定理,Green公式,证明了漂移扩散模型的初始层问题。In this paper,the initial layer problem of drift diffusion model with low-order initial conditions on three-dimensional periodic region is studied.The initial layer problem of drift diffusion model is proved by using asymptotic matching expansion method,weighted energy estimation,Growall inequality,Sobolev embedding theorem and Green formula.
