摘 要:本文结合重庆江北国际机场第四跑道扩建飞行区新建4号排水三孔箱涵工程,对首次在民航系统采用钢模板+台车的组合施工技术进行了论述,介绍了钢模板台车的工作原理、组装、支模、拆模及现浇砼质量和安全保障等施工工序,以及不停航施工特殊情况的处理等要求,并与传统支撑支护体系进行比较研究,进一步明确了钢模板台车的施工技术控制要点,同时指出实施中应注意的问题,可为类似工程施工提供参考和借鉴。In combination with the new construction project of No.4 drainage three hole box culvert in the flight area in the fourth runway expansion of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport,this paper discusses the combination construction technology of steel formwork and trolley used in civil aviation for the first time.It introduces the working principle,assembly,formwork support and formwork removal of the steel formwork trolley,and construction processes of cast-in-place concrete quality and safety assurance,as well as requirements for handling special situation of construction without suspending airport operations.It conducts a comparative study with traditional support systems to further clarify key points of construction control of the steel formwork trolley.At the same time,it points out issues for attention in implementation.It can provide reference for similar construction.
