摘 要:随着数字技术的不断发展,航空维修行业也在逐步引入数字化解决方案以优化其维修生产体系和工程管理体系。其中,数字化手册工卡系统是这一过程的重要组成部分。本论文旨在探讨基于数字化手册工卡系统搭建后如何促进航材生产准备优化,提出搭建数字化航材管理平台及不同维修场景下航材管理的优化策略,从而缓解供应链紧张、构型复杂等情况下航材管理的困难和挑战,提高效率并降低成本。With the continuous development of digital technology,the aviation maintenance industry is also gradually introducing digital solutions to optimize its maintenance production system and engineering management system.Among them,the digital manual and job card system has become an important part of this process.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to promote the optimization of aviation materials production preparation after the construction of the digital manual and job card system,and propose the scheme of building digital aviation materials management platform and the optimization strategy of aviation materials management under different maintenance scenarios,so as to alleviate the difficulties and challenges of aviation materials management caused by tight supply chain and complex configuration control,improve efficiency and reduce costs.
