摘　　要：伴随“交通强国”建设和民航业的快速发展,综合型、高素质飞行人才的需求不断增加。在校飞行大学生开始思考是否需要通过进一步提高学历来提升自己的综合素质,而研究生教育作为进一步学习和培养综合素质的重要途径成为了许多学生的选择。本文通过调研中飞院飞行技术专业大学生的考研意向、在职飞行员对研究生飞行员发展前景的预判,分析得出民航飞行大学生考研的必要性、研究生飞行员的发展趋势等结论和建议,有助于提高飞行大学生的学业规划水平。With the building-up of China's strength in transportation and the rapid development of China civil aviation industry,the demand for versatile and high-calibre pilots is constantly increasing.Many civil aviation student pilots are starting to consider whether they need to improve their academic qualifications for their life-cycle professionalism,and graduate education,as an important way to further study and cultivate comprehensive qualities,has become a choice for many of them.This article analyzes the necessity of student pilots taking the postgraduate entrance examinations and the development trend of graduate pilots by investigating the intention of student pilots to take the postgraduate entrance examinations as well as the predictions of in-service pilots on the development prospects of graduate pilots.It is helpful in improving academic planning of student pilots.
