摘  要:岸电供电技术可解决靠港船舶靠岸后自身辅机发电带来的环境污染和噪声危害。岸电系统用充电电缆是岸电供电系统的必要组成部分。通过对电缆的各组成部件(光缆单元、动力线芯、地线芯、控制单元、内护套、外护套、抗扭加强层及中心马鞍形垫芯)结构设计、材料选择、制造工艺控制、试验项目检测,成功研制了趸船岸电系统用抗扭耐磨光电复合充电电缆。经过性能检测和实际现场应用,该电缆可在频繁移动和反复拔插工况下表现出较佳的抗扭性和耐磨性,相关性能指标完全满足使用要求,其30 a使用寿命处于国内外同类产品领先水平。The shore power supply technology can solve the environmental pollution and noise hazards caused by the power generation of its own auxiliary equipment after the ship docks at the port.The charging cable for the shore power supply system is a necessary component of the shore power supply system.Through the structural design,material selection,manufacturing process control,and testing of various components of the cable(optical cable unit,power line core,ground wire core,control unit,inner sheath,outer sheath,anti-torsion reinforcement layer,and center saddle shaped cushion core),an anti-torsion and wear-resistant opto-electric composite charging cable for the pontoon shore power supply system has been successfully developed.After performance testing and practical field applications,the cable can exhibit excellent anti-torsion and wear-resistance under frequent movement and repeated plugging conditions.The relevant performance indicators of cable fully meet the use requirements,and its 30-year service life is at the leading level of similar products at home and abroad.
