摘　　要：针对《电线电缆手册》计算方法的不完全性和CAD画图查询方法的繁琐性,介绍了基于三角形计算公式推演的不等芯电缆线芯间隙填充面积计算方法。该计算方法利用绝缘外径和成缆外径之间平面几何关系,基本可涵盖各类不等芯电缆的各规格型号电缆线芯间隙填充面积计算。该计算方法的计算结果基本与CAD画图查询方法一致,验证了其可靠性。通过将该计算方法相关公式编程,数据处理软件可直接快速输出各规格型号电缆线芯各间隙填充面积,极为方便和高效,大大减少了电缆设计和编写工艺文件的工作量。In view of the incompleteness of the calculation method of Wire and Cable Manual and the complexity of the CAD drawing query method,the calculation method of the core gap filling area of unequal core cable based on the triangle calculation formulas is introduced.The calculation method uses the plane geometric relationship between the outer diameter of insulation and the outer diameter of the cable,and can basically cover the calculation of the core gap filling area of various specifications and models of cables with unequal cores.The calculation results of the calculation method are basically consistent with the CAD drawing query method,which verifies its reliability.By programming the relevant formulas of the calculation method,the data processing software can directly and quickly output the filling area of each gap of cable cores of various specifications and models,which is extremely convenient and efficient,and greatly reduces the workload of cable design and preparation of process documents.
