摘　　要：推进健康中国建设,提高人民健康水平,是国家长期以来的战略部署,也是高校的历史使命与责任担当。基于公共产品的视角和理论,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法及逻辑分析法,对体育场馆运营模式在陕西省高校实施的可行性、现实境遇及路径进行探究。研究发现,高校具备服务社会优势,而现实存在机制、体制、思想理念、经费投入、开放时间及安全风险责任难以控制的困境等问题。研究认为,探究高校体育场馆服务社会的运营模式、提升管理理念和服务水平、推进智慧化体育场馆建设、构建多元化体育服务体系、强化体育场馆运营绩效评估体系等,是实现高校体育场馆路径的选择。Making continued progress in building a healthy China to improve the people's health level is not only a long-term strategic deployment of the country,but also the historical mission and responsibility of colleges and universities.Based on the perspective and theory of public goods,this paper explores the feasibility,realistic situation and path of the operation mode of sports venues in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province by using the method of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis.It is found that colleges and universities have the advantage of serving society,but there are some practical problems such as the dilemmas of the mechanism,the system,ideology,fund investment,opening time and the difficult control of security risk responsibility.It is believed that the measures such as exploring the operation mode of college sports venues to serve society,improving the management concept and service level,promoting the construction of smart sports venues,building a diversified sports service system and strengthening the operation performance evaluation system of sports venues are the path choice to realize the operation of college sports venues.
