摘　　要：ESG是企业绿色发展和长期价值创造的关键,数字化转型为增强企业ESG表现、实现高质量发展提供技术手段。基于长三角区域制造业上市公司2016-2021年面板数据,通过Python文本分析提取数字化转型关键词刻画企业数字化转型程度,实证考察数字化转型对企业ESG表现的影响以及企业高质量发展水平的作用机制。研究发现:(1)数字化转型显著促进了企业ESG表现,高质量发展水平在数字化转型与企业ESG表现关系间具有部分中介效应,经过稳健性检验与内生性检验后结论依然成立;(2)进一步分析发现,数字化转型的边际效应随着企业ESG表现的提升而逐渐增强;(3)在大规模企业、高新技术企业、成长期企业与成熟期企业中,数字化转型对企业ESG表现的正向促进作用更为显著。研究从高质量发展水平角度分析数字化转型对企业ESG表现的促进作用,丰富了企业ESG表现影响因素的研究,为数字化转型提升企业ESG表现提供理论建议与实践参考。ESG is the key to green development and long-term value creation of enterprises,and digital transformation provides technological means to enhance enterprise ESG performance and realize high-quality development.Based on the panel data of listed manufacturing companies in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2016 to 2021.This study extracted digital transformation keywords to portray the degree of digital transformation of enterprises through Python text analysis,and empirically examined the impact of digital transformation on the ESG performance of enterprises as well as the mechanism of the high-quality development of enterprises.This study has found that:(1) digital transformation significantly promotes enterprise ESG performance,and the level of high-quality development has a partial mediating effect between the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise ESG performance,and the conclusion still holds after the robustness test and the endogeneity test;(2) further analysis reveals that the marginal effect of digital transformation gradually increases with the enhancement of enterprise ESG performance;(3) in the large-scale enterprises,high-tech enterprises,growth and mature enterprises,the positive contribution of digital transformation to enterprise ESG performance is more significant.The study analyzes the promoting effect of digital transformation on enterprise ESG performance from the perspective of high-quality development level,enriches the research on the influencing factors of corporate ESG performance,and provides theoretical suggestions and practical references for the enhancement of corporate ESG performance through digital transformation.
