摘　　要：在当今大数据、人工智能的背景之下,图书馆实质上是一个汇集信息并将其传播的场所,用电子媒介代替纸质媒介已经是大势所趋,这种方式一方面提高了信息传播的效率,另一方面为信息汇集提供了更大的共享平台。文章通过案例分析法、文献检索法、KANO模型计算法、归纳法、问卷调查法等研究方法,研究学生与智慧图书馆之间的现有矛盾,提出交互设计背景下高校智慧图书馆的设计对策。智慧图书馆提供的服务并不仅仅局限于传统图书馆刻板局限的类型,更加多元化、多功能化、智能化、人性化,以期为用户可以获得现有技术下最好的用户体验提供新的研究思路。In the context of today's big data era and artificial intelligence,the library is essentially a place to gather information and disseminate it,and it is the general trend to replace paper media with electronic media,which on the one hand improves the efficiency of information dissemination and on the other hand provides a larger sharing platform for information collection.Through case analysis,literature retrieval,KANO model calculation,induction,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper studies the existing contradictions between students and smart libraries,and puts forward the design countermeasures of smart libraries in colleges and universities under the background of interaction design.The services provided by smart libraries are not only limited to the stereotypical types of traditional libraries,but are more diversified,multi-functional,intelligent and humanized,in order to provide new research ideas for users to obtain the best user experience under the existing technology.In the context of today's big data era and artificial intelligence,the library is essentially a place to gather information and disseminate it,and it is the general trend to replace paper media with electronic media,which on the one hand improves the efficiency of information dissemination and on the other hand provides a larger sharing platform for information collection.Through case analysis,literature retrieval,KANO model calculation,induction,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper studies the existing contradictions between students and smart libraries,and puts forward the design countermeasures of smart libraries in colleges and universities under the background of interaction design.The services provided by smart libraries are not only limited to the stereotypical types of traditional libraries,but are more diversified,multi-functional,intelligent and humanized,in order to provide new research ideas for users to obtain the best user experience under the existing technology.
