摘　　要：高速公路服务区的规划建设是地域经济、社会和文化的综合反映,其功能、布局及建设运营都有一定规律可循。文章选取我国的苏州阳澄湖高速公路服务区、庐山西海高速公路服务区、崇水高速花山服务区,以及法国、日本、韩国等国家的高速服务区作为研究案例,通过解析它们的规划建设特征,从中总结、提炼了高速公路服务区规划建设的基本经验与特点,对“交通强国”战略下的我国高速公路服务区规划建设提质升级具有一定借鉴意义。The planning and construction of highway service area is a comprehensive reflection of regional economy,society and culture,and its function,layout and construction and operation have certain rules to follow.This paper selects Suzhou Yangcheng Lake Expressway Service Areas,Lushan Xihai Expressway Service Areas,Chongshui Expressway Huashan Service Area in China,as well as high-speed service areas in countries such as France,Japan,and South Korea as research cases.By analyzing their planning and construction characteristics,the paper summarizes and extracts the basic experience and characteristics of expressway service area planning and construction,which has certain reference significance for improving the quality and upgrading of expressway service area planning and construction in China under the"transportation power"strategy.
