论参数化技术在城市设计中的应用研究——以深圳北站商务区城市设计为例

摘　　要：参数化是将工程本身编写为函数与过程,通过修改初始条件并经过数值计算得到工程结果的现代化技术手段,可以实现模型生成与修改的自动化。基于以上认知,文章首先提出并界定了“参数化技术”,探讨了参数化的应用模式与流程,阐述了参数化的应用价值。其次,提出基于参数化视角下的城市设计实施策略,包括宏观:以思想作引导;中观:系统统筹与精细化管控以及微观:整合区域功能三个层面。最后,以深圳北站商务区城市设计实践及研究为例,从总体规划设计:形态生成与功能布局、建筑形式与景观空间营造、开放空间与公共活动等方面,探讨了以参数化为基础的城市设计实施路径。Parameterization is a modern technical means of writing engineering itself as functions and processes,and obtaining engineering results through modifying initial conditions and numerical calculation,which can realize the automation of model generation and modification.Based on the above cognition,the"parameterization technology"is firstly proposed and defined,the application mode and process of parameterization are discussed,and the application value of parameterization is expounded.Secondly,the implementation strategy of urban design based on the perspective of parameterization is proposed,including three levels.Macro:guided by thought,medium:systematic planning and fine control,and micro:integration of regional functions.Finally,taking the urban design practice and research of Shenzhen North Railway Station business district as an example,this paper discusses the implementation path of urban design based on parameterization from the aspects of design concept:landscape painting and traditional culture,master planning and design:form generation and functional layout,architectural form and landscape space construction,open space and public activities,etc.
