摘  要:采用乙醇和乙二胺对马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)分别进行酯化和酰胺化,得到酯化的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAHOR)和酰胺化的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAHNH_(2)),并将其并作为聚丙烯(PP)和羟基化聚丙烯(PPOH)熔融共混的增容剂。采用双螺杆挤出机共混制得流延膜,对其表面形貌、力学性能、亲水性能、热稳定性和流变性能进行了表征。结果表明:采用PP-g-MAHNH_(2)作为增容剂的共混膜PPOH团聚颗粒最小,且共混膜的亲水性最好,断裂伸长率和断裂强度最高,同时弹性回复率最高。当PP、PPOH和PP-g-MAHNH_(2)的质量比是90∶10∶5时,共混膜的断裂伸长率和断裂强度分别为370%和38.4 MPa,水接触角为87.4°,且该功能化增容剂的加入不影响共混膜的热稳定性。Ethanol and ethylenediamine were utilized for the esterification and amidation of maleic anhdride-grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH).The esterified maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAHOR)and amidated maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAHNH_(2))were used as compatibilizers.These functional compounds in the melt blending of polypropylene(PP)and hydroxyl-modified polypropylene(PPOH)improved the compatibility of PP and PPOH.The polymer blend was processed by using twin-screw extruder and extruded through a die to fabricate a blend membrane.The cooling method was air cooling.Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy was employed for structural characterization of the modified PP-g-MAH.The surface morphology,mechanical properties,hydrophilicity,thermal stability,and rheological behavior of the blend membrane were also measured.Results reveal that the PP/PPOH/PP-g-MAHNH_(2)membrane has the best performance.The PP/PPOH/PP-g-MAHNH_(2)membrane has the smallest PPOH agglomerated particles and the best hydrophilicity.The fracture elongation of PP/PPOH/PP-g-MAHNH_(2)membrane also increases.PP-g-MAHNH_(2)typically disperses into the interfacial region between PP and PPOH,and the presence of terminal-NH_(2)groups on PP-g-MAHNH_(2)further enhances the intermolecular interactions at the interface.Thus,the PP/PPOH/PP-g-MAHNH_(2)membrane has the best compatibility.The incorporation of PPOH and PP-g-MAHNH_(2)leads to a 4.4%reduction in the crystallinity of the blend membrane compared with pure PP membrane.The initial degradation temperature of PP/PPOH/PP-g-MAHNH_(2)membrane is 0.3℃lower than PP membrane.The incorporation of PPOH and PP-g-MAHNH_(2)has no apparently impact on the rheological properties of the blend.When the mass ratio of PP,PPOH,and PP-g-MAHNH_(2)is 90∶10∶5,the fracture elongation of the membrane is 370%,the fracture strength of the membrane is 38.4 MPa,and the water contact angle of the membrane is 87.4°.
