摘　　要：目的对中医外治法治疗小儿遗尿症的随机对照实验进行Meta分析。方法通过计算机检索,收集并评价中医外治法治疗儿童遗尿症的随机对照试验。结果以中医外治法治疗儿童遗尿症,其效果优于西药治疗[RR:1.2895%CI(1.17,1.40)],且外治法治疗效果优于口服中药治疗[RR:1.2995%CI(1.19,1.39)]。遗尿症复发情况显示,外治法低于西药治疗[RR:0.2395%CI(0.14,0.39)],外治法低于口服中药治疗[RR:0.2595%CI(0.12,0.52)]。结论中医外治法能有效治疗儿童遗尿症,并且安全性较高,患儿易于接受。Objective Meta analysis of randomized Scientific control of traditional Chinese external treatment for enuresis in children.Methods Randomized controlled trials about the comparison of traditional Chinese external treatment for enuresis in children were searched by computer in databases.Results The clinical treatment of the experimental group for treating enuresis in children using traditional Chinese external treatment is superior to medicine[RR:1.2895%CI(1.17,1.40)],and the therapeutic effect of external therapy of Chinese medicine is better than that of oral traditional Chinese medicine[RR:1.2995%CI(1.19,1.39)].The recurrence rate of enuresis is lower with external treatment than with medicine treatment[RR:0.2395%CI(0.14,0.39)],the external therapy of Chinese medicine is lower than that of oral traditional Chinese medicine[RR:0.2595%CI(0.12,0.52)].Conclusion Traditional Chinese external treatment can effectively treat enuresis in children,with high safety and easy acceptance.
