献血环境对于献血相关迷走神经反应的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究献血环境的改变对于献血相关迷走神经反应的影响。方法以2020年1月-2020年12月在天津市某一地区献血车的献血者作为对照组,2021年1月-2021年12月在该地区新建的献血方舱献血者作为实验组,并对献血后迷走神经反应发生率、献血后满意度进行对比分析。结果对照组迷走神经反应发生率为0.48%,实验组迷走神经发生率为0.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组献血者对献血环境满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改善献血环境可以降低无偿献血者迷走神经反应发生率,提高献血者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of changes in blood donation environment on vagus nerve response related to blood donation.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,blood donors in a blood donation vehicle in Tianjin were selected as the control group,the newly built blood donation shelter in the area from January 2021 to December 2021 was used as the experimental group,the incidence of vagus reaction after blood donation was compared with the satisfaction rate after blood donation.Results The incidence of vagus reaction related to blood donation was gradually reduced by improving the donation environment,the incidence of vagus nerve response in control group was 0.48%,the incidence of vagus nerve response in the experimental group was 0.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher satisfaction with blood donation environment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of blood donation in the blood donation shelter can reduce the occurrence of vagal nerve reaction and improve the satisfaction of blood donors.
