慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者健康自我管理现状及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的观察慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者健康自我管理现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法选取2020年8月-2023年5月广东医科大学附属第二医院收治的84例CHB患者,参照成年人健康自我管理能力量表评估CHB患者健康自我管理现状,调查员自拟患者一般资料问卷表,并经线性回归分析CHB患者健康自我管理的有关影响因素。结果84例CHB患者的健康自我管理能力量表评分为(134.94±12.25)分,处于中等水平。不同病程、家庭月均收入、居住方式、知觉压力、自我效能资料的患者健康自我管理评分比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同学历、婚姻情况等资料的患者评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析,结果显示,病程<5年、家庭月均收入<5000元、独居、知觉压力较大、自我效能低水平均为CHB患者健康自我管理的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论CHB患者健康自我管理现状处于中等水平,可能受家庭经济情况、病程、知觉压力、自我效能、居住方式的影响。Objective To observe the current status of health self-management in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and analyze its related influencing factors.Method 84 CHB patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to May 2023 were selected.The current status of CHB patients'health self-management was evaluated using the Adult Health Self Management Ability Scale.The investigator selfdesigned a patient general information questionnaire and analyzed the relevant influencing factors of CHB patients'health self-management through linear regression.Results The score on the Health Self Management Ability Scale of 84 CHB patients was(134.94±12.25),which is at a moderate level.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the health self-management scores of patients with different disease courses,monthly family income,lifestyle,perceived stress,and self-efficacy data;there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of patients with different educational backgrounds,marital status,and other data.Through linear regression analysis,the results showed that the duration of the disease was less than 5 years,the average monthly income of the family was less than 5000 yuan,living alone,feeling high pressure,and low self-efficacy were all influencing factors for the health self-management of CHB patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management of CHB patients'health is at a moderate level,which may be influenced by factors such as family economy,course of illness,perceived stress,self-efficacy,and lifestyle.
