护理风险预警监控应用于预防下肢静脉血栓形成中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析护理风险预警监控应用于预防下肢静脉血栓形成中的临床效果。方法随机从湘南学院附属医院2021年11月-2022年10月期间收治的行骨科手术的患者,抽取110例纳入到研究中,用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各55例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受护理风险预警监控,观察两组患者护理后的临床效果,并进行对比。结果观察组护理后的APTT、PT指标显著高于对照组,D-二聚体护理后的指标显著低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度(98.18%)显著高于对照组(85.45%),组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险预警监控能够有效降低患者的健康风险,提高医护人员的工作效率和患者的护理满意度,具有显著的临床效果。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of nursing risk early warning and monitoring in preventing venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods 110 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in our hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected and included in the discussion.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received early warning and monitoring of nursing risks.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The indexes of APTT and PT in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the indexes of D-dimer after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(98.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.45%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk early warning and monitoring can effectively reduce patients'health risks,improve the work efficiency of medical staff and patients'nursing satisfaction,and has significant clinical effects.
