针灸复合静脉全麻在硬质气管镜介入治疗术中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究针灸复合静脉全麻在硬质气管镜介入治疗术中的应用效果。方法选择2021年9月-2023年4月于江西省胸科医院行硬质气管镜介入治疗的40例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组及对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用静脉全麻,实验组采用针灸复合静脉全麻。对比两组血流动力学指标、麻醉药物使用剂量及术后苏醒时间、并发症发生率。结果两组T0、T1、T4时心率、舒张压及收缩压水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组T2、T3时心率、舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组芬太尼使用剂量少于对照组,术后苏醒时间短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论针灸复合静脉全麻在硬质气管镜介入治疗术中能够有效稳定机体血流动力学水平,促使生命体征平稳,并可减少麻醉药物的使用剂量,缩短术后苏醒时间,且无明显并发症,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with intravenous general anesthesia in hard tracheoscopy interventional therapy.Methods 40 patients who received hard tracheoscopy interventional therapy in our hospital from September 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous general anesthesia,and the experimental group received acupuncture combined with intravenous general anesthesia.Hemodynamic indexes,dosage of anesthetic drugs,postoperative recovery time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure at T0,T1 and T4 between the two groups(P>0.05).The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at T2 and T3,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The dosage of fentanyl in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative recovery time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with intravenous general anesthesia can effectively stabilize the hemodynamics of the body,promote the stability of vital signs,reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs,shorten the postoperative recovery time,without obvious complications,and is safe,worthy of popularization and application.
