生肌象皮膏联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗糖尿病足的效果

摘　　要：目的观察生肌象皮膏联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗2型糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效,为糖尿病足溃疡的临床治疗提供参考方案。方法选取2022年6月—2023年5月在天津市天津医院门急诊就诊的96例糖尿病足溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为常规组(A组),莫匹罗星软膏组(B组),生肌象皮膏组(C组),生肌象皮膏联合莫匹罗星软膏组(D组),每组24例。A组给予常规疗法,B组给予莫匹罗星软膏疗法,C组给予生肌象皮膏疗法,D组给予生肌象皮膏联合莫匹罗星软膏疗法。在治疗7、14、21 d,比较四组患者的创面愈合率和踝肱指数(ABI)。结果B、C及D组治疗7、14、21 d创面愈合率均高于A组,C、D组治疗7、14、21 d创面愈合率均高于B组,D组治疗7、14、21 d创面愈合率均高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B、C及D组治疗7、14、21 d的ABI值均高于A组,C、D组治疗7、14、21 d的ABI值均高于B组,D组治疗7、14、21 d的ABI值均高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生肌象皮膏联合莫匹罗星软膏能明显改善2型糖尿病足溃疡的创面愈合情况,临床效果较好,值得在糖尿病足溃疡的创面治疗中推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengji Xiangpi Ointment combined with Mupirocin Ointment in the treatment of type 2 diabetic foot ulcer,and to provide reference plan for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods From June 2022 to May 2023,96 patients with diabetic foot ulcer who sought medical advice in the outpatient and emergency department of Tianjin Hospital were selected and divided into routine group(group A),Mupirocin Ointment group(group B),Shengji Xiangpi Ointment group(group C),Shengji Xiangpi Ointment combined with Mupirocin Ointment group(group D),with 24 cases in each group according to the random number table method.Group A received routine therapy,group B received Mupirocin Ointment therapy,group C received Shengji Xiangpi Ointment therapy,and group D received Shengji Xiangpi Ointment combined with Mupirocin Ointment therapy.The wound healing rate and ankle brachial index(ABI)of four groups of patients after 7,14 and 21 days of treatment were compared.Results The wound healing rates of group B,group C and group D after 7,14,and 21 days of treatment were higher than those of group A,the wound healing rates of group C and group D after 7,14 and 21 days of treatment were higher than those of group B,the wound healing rates of group D after 7,14 and 21 days of treatment were higher than those of group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ABI values of group B,group C and group D after 7,14 and 21 days of treatment were higher than those of group A,the ABI values of group C and D after 7,14 and 21 days of treatment were higher than those of group B,the ABI values of group D after 7,14 and 21 days of treatment were higher than those of group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengji Xiangpi Ointment combined with Mupirocin Ointment could significantly improve the wound healing of type 2 diabetic foot ulcer,with good clinical effect,which was worthy promotion and application in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer
