摘　　要：目的观察预见性健康教育与局部护理在糖尿病足中的应用效果,为提升糖尿病足患者的临床护理效果提供参考。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院收治的糖尿病足患者86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用预见性健康教育与局部护理。比较两组依从率、健康知识掌握度评分、自我管理能力评分及疾病严重程度。结果研究组总依从率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组健康知识掌握度、自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疾病严重程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将预见性健康教育与局部护理应用于糖尿病足患者的护理中,可增加健康知识掌握度,提高依从性和自我管理能力,减轻疾病严重程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the application effect of predictive health education and local nursing on diabetic foot,and provide reference for improving clinical nursing effect of patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic foot who were admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the study group adopted predictive health education and local nursing on the basis of the control group.The compliance rate,health knowledge mastery degree score,self-management ability score and disease severity degree between the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 97.67%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significan(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05).The scores of health knowledge mastery degree and self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The severity degree of the disease in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive health education and local nursing in the nursing of patients with diabetic foot could increase the mastery degree of health knowledge,improve compliance and self-management ability,and reduce the severity degree of disease,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
